  1. Android App improvement - Allow Personal subcategories to be viewed and changed

    I cannot view the subcatagories assigned to Personal transactions in the App. I am required to go to a PC or Laptop.

  2. Android App improvement - Allow sub-categorization of Personal transactions

    In the App, I am not being allowed to sub-categorize either a manually added transaction, nor one downloaded from my bank, as personal. But I want to do exactly that. For example Personal Pharmacy.

    I am being required to log on with my PC or laptop to do this.

  3. BUG - Personal Reimbursement transactions aren't free to be negative.

    None of the following Personal categories work properly:
    Income, Paycheck, Returned Purchase, Bonus, Interest Income, Reimbursment, Rental Income

    I cannot manually create a transaction and categorize it as a Personal Reimbursement transaction, and give it a negative amount. However, a downloaded transaction from my bank, can in fact be categorized as Personal Reimbursement and it can be negative. So please fix this bug asap.

  5. Setting the invoices to 3 month

    This is not a new idea, because the program did it and now it doesn't. Under invoices, one can choose to show that last 3 months, but as one flips between the other tabs, ie transactions, reports etc, the 3month option resets itself to all. We have over 2300 invoices and this dramatically slows the ability to look at invoices. Why did the program change? That is what is most frustrating. It did allow us to set the option for 3 months and now that option for it to "remember" 3 months when going in and out of tabs or…

  10. Split Categories (Mileage, Rent, Phone)

    I want to split an entire category.
    Currently my mileage is around 30% for business, along with my rent, power, internet, etc. Rather than go through my motor vehicle expenses and mark them one by one, it would be handy if I could make the entire motor vehicle expense category at 30%. this would help alot with figures reflecting the actual expense and not just show 100% business.

    Some of my customers want paper invoices there and then when I have finished the work. How do I get these into qbse? There isn’t a scan invoice facility

  15. Check printing

    One of my main reasons for using Quickbooks Self Employed is for an accounting platform that can be mobile. However, it’s missing the ability to print checks and also to track expenses against a specific job. As of now, I have to do that manually with excel.

  16. Make the Invoice area a new tab instead of a pop up with an X to close

    Here's what just happened to me. In creating an invoice I added items to the invoice list area. When I'm all done, I hit preview. Okay, all set. Ready to close the preview, so I hit the (x) in corner... what happens? I have just canceled the entire invoice I took time to create. Back to my excel invoice which the client needed 30 minutes ago. Grrr.

  18. Warnings before deleting

    Two things. One, when entering a line of work under the description section if you hit enter it deletes that line. Since enter is my instinctual keystroke for finishing an entry on almost any other app I can't keep myself from doing it and deleting what I just entered. Please fix this. Two, some sort of auto save function for invoices or at least a warning that when you hit the X in the upper right asking if you want to leave the invoice unsaved is necessary to not lose all your work if you accidentally hit that X.

  19. please add an optional line to companies ATTN: so we can put a name if know under the companies.

    Please add a line for ATTN: or attention- under the Business or Company name. Also, please allow to mark invoices as sent. Some of us print and mail hard copies of the invoices along with other paperwork and we don't want to email as well.
