I need to change my payment date to the 4th of the month. I get my disability check on the 3rd of every month but payment is submitted on the second so I'm being charged 35.00 for a 12.00 transaction. My phone number is 815-508-5376.

How do I get rid of last years transactions? Or do I have to go through them all & hide each one individually?
Mileage Report is not showing all trips in the excel sheet that is being emailed to me. It only shows one day. Please call.

Give us a number to phone to call if the "we'll get back to you as soon as possible ..." is just PR.and we actually need to solve a really basic problem (like how to enter check $s to transactions) immediately.

This may be the worst customer service in the history of the world. I made a mistake entering my email when I signed up and now I'm locked out. OF course you cant get help without being able to log in. Absolute garbage.

I understand the cost savings of having customers fix their own problems. But this is ridiculous. I'm an IT consultant and I found their help desk hierarchy impossible to resolve multiple problems. Dead ends that didn't contain active links or didn't answer my actual questions. How did I resolve it? I finally got a number for another part of Intuit...and convinced them to give me some actual contact info. No phone number, mind you-
Seems my QB Self Employed subscription ONLY comes with email and possibly chat assistance. (I don't recall seeing that in the advertisement). For what it's worth, I emailed the following address: email@example.com I got a pretty timely response within minutes, and was able to have an email exchange. After asking her to send me links for the appropriate downloads, things fell into place. So after 3 hours of sheer, utter frustration...I had 5 minutes of bliss when I was actually able to communicate with a human. NOT GOOD OR SMART BUSINESS QB. I'm happy now, but I darn near closed my account for good.

I also need help. The system won't let me add a credit card to my account. I've already emailed several times and received NO response of any kind.
