  1. Phone support for customer service

    You need LIVE support!! Talking back and forth through delayed e-mail responses is not getting my questions answered. I am doing what I am supposed to do but the system is not doing what it is supposed to do. But, obviously the e-mail communication is not gonna get it fixed. I can't even cancel/"unsubscribe" to my service because the system is not working properly and can't get a live person to communicate this too!! Frustrated!!

  3. Cancelling a subscription

    Without any prior notice my account was suddenly charged double my regular monthly amount.

    I spent nearly an hour trying to figure out how to cancel my subscription. There is no gear icon in my account. I went looking all around the internet and reading posts - to no avail.
    I also COULD NOT get to the point where I could send an email to customer support. It just kept giving me more help articles to read.
    The only way for me to cancel my subscription was to call on the phone!
    This is ludicrous and seems to me illegal…

  6. SAVING INVOICES

    I am having a very hard time saving invoices. Spending precious time creating them, and then I cant save them but I'm also not ready to send them. Isn't that the point of creating drafts? So I can create them when I have time even if I can't send right away? Really, really disappointed and frustrated with this.

  7. Tack Multiple Businesses

    I am one of the many who has 2 sources of income. Tracking multiple business is a feature I need and the reasons I won't be subscribing after the free trial.

    In a given year I have a videography business, then I have a 1099-income job that I work on and off throughout the year that helps support me when the film business is slow.

    I'm still a sole proprietor given income levels and thus have a single checking account. But, I keep all expenses separate and have a credit card dedicated to each business.

  8. Real customer support

    Sorry, but I'm about done with QB self employed. Currently my transactions won't download unless I log in and do a manual "Refresh All." For the second time I've had to deal with QB bull shit chat help. They never understand the actual problem despite constantly saying "I understand." Utterly worthless help for the second time now. I'm trying to run a business I would gladly pay a little extra for some actual support that doesn't require an hour of my time chatting back and forth and getting nowhere.

    You have to have phone support line to get real time support for the features i am not able to use.

    This is not an idea. I’m trying to get a refund from the intuit quickbooks self-employed app. I have recently found out I cannot use this app for the purpose of my small business cause I’m not a legitimate LLC. I was told from multiple quickbooks representatives to contact this feedback forum to get a refund on the months I used this app. My name is Christopher McGrath

  11. Can't access account. Can't cancel account. No one to talk to. List goes on.

    I can't access my account. It says it sends link to change password to my phone but doesn't. No one can help on the phone. They say you have to go through Chat. They can't even cancel the subscription even though I called the phone number listed to cancel. I have wasted 2 hours of my day on this. What the heck!!!

  12. Before the $5/month for 6 months promotion runs out, send an email to your customers to remind them of it so they don't suddenly get 2x bill

    Before the $5/month for 6 months promotion runs out, send an email to your customers to remind them of it so they don't suddenly get a bill for twice as much as previous months. It may be listed on the website, but a) people are imperfect and forget things, and b) the email communication received when signing up only lists the $5/month and doesn't mention it being a promotional rate.

  14. Phone Support.....

    Ive been emailing back and fourth for 12 hours to get access to my account because I couldn't login. I have a paid subscription and i finally managed to login and it wont let me past billing screen.... no way at all to go past and it wont even let me pay again to get access even tho Ive only joined and paid a week ago

    GET PHONE SUPPORT STOP WASTING EVERYONE'S TIME

    I have been trying for more than 48 hours to get into my account. I have emailed, chatted, multiple times with no response and no resolution. This is ridiculous!

  19. estimates are a necessary function. I don't know why this isn't already a feature.

    I need to be able to send an estimate for a project.

    It needs to be something the client can approve remotely, and pay a down payment for the work on.

  20. adding phone support

    QB needs to add phone support !!! somethings just can not be communicated through chat and it would go so much faster via voice. I just spent 35 minutes on chat for something that would have taken 5 minutes but the support person was going back and forth w/other chats...RIDICULOUS !!! to have such a great program and this poor customer support service
